Hello there
Today our topic is slightly different from all of the topic before it is what to do when I am sad, our how I am dealing with sadness. Will I think every one has certain way to deal with sadness, for me it depend on the situation.
For example; if I get sad in the study or work place I usually keep quite and just look around and thinking. If I get sad in some where else I usually like to run away and scream with loud voice. Or to listening to loud music.
I thing every body has different way to deal with sadness , so tell me your way in the comment.
